How do you calculate minutes used?

We use Minute Rounding after 10 seconds to calculate minutes. That means if a call duration is 1-minute, 15-second, the call would be counted as 2 minutes. This method is also applicable to messaging handling. Monthly minutes do not rollover to the next month. You'll be able to see your minutes consumption and get alerts of usage in your dashboard.
